This board game "Little Black Sambo"  has been rated as one of the top (6) racist games of all-time. There are many who will debate whether the Black Sambo character is racist. The character was written in a children's book by Helen Bannerman in 1899, the board game debuted in (1924).


Cast iron figures serving two purposes which was to maintain and keep alive stereotypes and myths not to mention to save money. The original "Jolly Nigger" bank emerged manufactured by the J.E. Stevens Co., Cromwell, Conn. (1882)
